As advised, we can provide a range of options to suit all needs and requirements ranging from providing a landlord with a suitable tenant for an agreed fee, usually 50% of the first months rent figure, to a full property management service in respect of residential property.

The difference between the two types of service offered is that the full property management service provides the landlord with a “buffer” between the two parties and all contact with the tenant comes through this office whereas should you wish to manage the property yourself, then the tenant would be calling upon you for any queries or problems.

We act for landlords in North Lincolnshire and all of our business has come through recommendations.

We do not charge the usual fee to any landlord for the setting up of the tenancy, our costs being met from the 12.5% of each months rent paid. The cost of advertising your property is closely monitored and we would not exceed £50.00 without seeking your prior permission.

Advice on potential rental, finding and vetting of prospective tenants, preparing all necessary documentation, collection and payment of rents, inspection visits are just some of the many services we provide.

We also have listings of suitable tenants all with verifiable references from employers, banks/accountants who are wishing to re-locate in this area.
